Welcome to Life in Focus Portraits, your 1st choice for professional photography in Helensburgh and Lomond.
I’m Louise and I’m a professional photographer with a beautiful portrait studio in the Royal Northern and Clyde Yacht Club in Rhu, Helensburgh.
I am very proud to be Helensburgh’s premier Newborn and Child Portrait Specialist, offering the very best to families with babies and young children wishing to preserve their memories. From my boutique photography studio based within the Royal Northern and Clyde Yacht Club at Rhu, I offer sessions both in studio and on location.
I’ve been photographing families, particularly newborn babies for several years and following requests from my lovely clients, I have now added wedding and commercial photography to my services.
With a strong focus on beautiful bespoke Wall Art and Archival Prints and Albums, I want your memories to be preserved for generations to come. Of course I also offer digital files on USB, but I strongly believe that your images should be admired daily, not left in a drawer to be forgotten.
If you’d like to find out more about each of our sessions, please take a look at the individual pages, and do get in touch if you have any questions or would just like to have a chat with me to see how I can help you capture your family’s precious moments.
Whatever you’re looking for, if it involves stunning photography then I’d love to hear from you. Contact me today for a chat.
I’m pleased to be able to offer a complete professional photography service in Rhu and the wider areas of Helensburgh, Loch Lomond and West Dunbartonshire.
including your little dancers, your family pets and of course your family journey from pregnancy and the birth of your babies, right through to those multi generation portraits with the Grandparents and well, just about everything in between.
Whether you’re a school, creche, preschool nursery or a playgroup looking to fund raise while providing your families with some top class photos, I have packages to suit you and your families.
Are you a solo entrepreneur looking for some personal branding or a larger commercial business looking for staff head-shots, beautiful photographs of your products for your website or maybe some aerial drone photographs of your premises, whatever professional photography you need to tell your business story, I can help.
Nothing makes my heart happier than kind words from my clients….apart from snuggling babies (of course!)
Louise is amazing at what she does, she has such a passion to get you the perfect photos. the quality is amazing and Louise is so friendly but professional at the same time. She is also fantastic with Children. My 2 girls love her! I would definitely be using Life In Focus for all my photography needs!
Very professional work! We loved the photos of our son! Facebook photos are great, but there’s nothing like having professionally done, gorgeous photos of your little one to hang on the wall. They’re only this small once.
Louise is also amazing with little ones. Our little boy didn’t cry or fuss once!
Louise is a Superstar, how she managed to get so many photos of our three kittens and their mother is beyond me
With an acute eye for detail, and the talent to implement her vision, Louise never fails to produce anything less than fabulous.
She is fantastic with children that have additional needs, and knows how to support them during their photography session.
Louise listen to the parents requirements, and asks the relevant questions regarding a child’s needs.
I would thoroughly recommend Louise to anyone, and will be using her services again and again in the future.

I know how sad our P7 leavers are to be missing out on their last days in primary school. They are missing out on so much . . . their outdoor activity trips, leavers assemblies, P7 prom, parties and orientation visits to their new schools, everything that has become a "right of passage". Whilst I can't change any of the above, I’d love [...]
