Was your newborn baby born during the lockdown?

While you are unable to come along to the studio for me to photograph your new baby, there are still several ways I can help you to have some gorgeous photos of your newborn that you’ll be proud to display in your home.

It goes without saying that nothing can beat a perfectly posed and lit portrait in terms of quality….but whilst photos taken on your mobile phone may not be of good enough quality to blow up large, there is lots we can do together to make those photos just that little bit more special.

If you haven’t already, head on over and grab your FREE download of my DIY newborn photography guide  (I’ll pop the link further down the page).  My guide will really help you get the best out of your mobile phone photos of your gorgeous new baby.

Want something a little extra special?  Let me expertly edit your own photo and place it into a digital background of your choice.

I have a selection of over 40 digital backdrops for you to choose from, so you’re sure to find at least one that you love.

And if you want more than one, that’s no problem.  They’re a little bit of a bargain at just £25 each or 3 for £60.

Once I’ve completed your own little piece of newborn art, I’ll send you a printable copy via email so that you can print it as many times as you wish.  If you don’t want the hassle of printing (I mean who has spare time with a new baby in the house???)  you can add on prints to your order and even birth announcement or thank you cards.

Life in Focus Portraits Covid-19 Update.

I’m delighted to be returning to working starting with “socially distanced” outdoor sessions from the 1st week in June.

I have spoken with Argyll and Bute Trading Standards who have confirmed that I am permitted to proceed with outdoor photography sessions.  All sessions will be taking account of current guidelines, e.g. social distancing, hand hygiene etc.

I’m so excited to get back behind my camera and capture your family’s beautiful memories.

IN LINE WITH THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS DUE TO COVID-19, THE LIFE IN FOCUS PORTRAIT STUDIO IS CURRENTLY CLOSED.

STUDIO SESSIONS:

The studio will reopen for all sessions, with the exception of “hands on” posed newborn sessions, as we move into Phase 2 of the Scottish Routemap.

FOR NEWBORNS:

I am still accepting bookings and would suggest that you book in as soon as possible to ensure that I have space in my diary to accommodate you once I re-open.  If your baby has already arrived or is due imminently I would suggest that you book a NOT SO NEWBORN session.  Once the studio reopens if your baby is still young enough for me to attempt a full bespoke newborn session you will be given the opportunity to upgrade.

In the interim I have made available a FREE guide to help you take better photographs of your newborn baby at home using your mobile phone. Download our DIY newborn photography guide HERE.
